Sr. Manager New Product Introduction (hybrid)

About the role

The New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations Senior Leader will oversee strategic initiatives and lead a team responsible for developing and executing standard work and influencing product design to ensure predictability and repeatability in Operations.

Responsibilities

• Supports Strategic and Operational Planning for MiS NPI Org
• Leads a team of individual contributors from product inception through a successful Gate D and/or project completion
• Contributes to the development, modification, and review of NPI systems, processes, tools, and reporting methods
• Ensures adequate resourcing; manages staffing plans and succession planning
• Collaborates with Program Office, Engineering, and Operations Manufacturing to drive Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs)
• Supports business travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Direct people leadership experience, including but not limited to conflict resolution, change management, fiduciary and budget responsibility, communication across all organizational levels, employee coaching and development, and escalation and communication of business challenges and outcomes to senior leadership

Pay and Benefits

• The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD
