Your Day Consists Of

  • Managing projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by the scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinating various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Ensuring all required projects are completed and reviewed while identifying, clarifying, and communicating project vision(s) and/or objective(s), and demonstrating how they align with, enhance, or inhibit those vision(s) and/or objective(s).
  • Communicating proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Leading, monitoring, and motivating teams across the company while interacting with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Creating and managing management methods, communication plans, and processes.
  • Analyzing, planning, and developing procedures while performing other management and technical duties.
  • Defining project scope, roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Managing complex problems while developing processes for scheduling and administration.
  • Providing process improvement recommendations focused on finding innovative solutions to solve today's problems with tomorrow's challenges in mind.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the interrelationships among systems across the company.

Work Conditions (travel & environment)

  • Travel may be required including air and car travel.
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

  • Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
