Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations and Insight
About the role
The Sr. Manager Marketing Operations is responsible for optimizing marketing processes, technologies, data, and reporting to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth. This role serves as the bridge between marketing, sales, business operations, and technology teams, ensuring campaigns, lead management, reporting, and marketing systems are aligned to organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the lead capture chain - web forms through to CRM - including scheduled testing, alerting and documented recovery.
- Serve as the primary HubSpot super user - owning day-to-day configuration, workflow automation, lists, templates, and optimization of the platform for the marketing team.
- Oversee integrations between marketing, sales, and business systems. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and platform performance.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain lead lifecycle processes, scoring models, and routing workflows.
- Partner with sales and partner teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor lead flow and identify opportunities to enhance sales and marketing alignment.
- Support pipeline reporting and attribution analysis.
- Establish best practices for campaign setup, tracking, UTM governance, and reporting.
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Support segmentation, targeting, and audience development efforts.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance.
- Track KPIs including lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, revenue attribution, and campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze trends to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Create and document scalable marketing processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
- Track marketing budgets and campaign expenditures.
- Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and agency partners.
- Support contract reviews, renewals, and vendor performance assessments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Demand Generation, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated super-user / power-user proficiency in HubSpot - hands-on experience building and optimizing workflows, lead scoring, email and campaign tools, lists, forms, and reporting from within the platform (functional ownership, not IT administration).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is also required.
- Experience managing campaign execution, lead management processes, and marketing performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms.
- Experience supporting CRM migrations, system integrations, and data governance initiatives.
- Project management experience, including process documentation and workflow optimization.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Marketing Software) strongly preferred; Salesforce, Marketo, or comparable platform certifications a plus.

Pay
The base salary range for this role starts at $100,000.00 per year. This reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job-related factors consistent with applicable law.
