Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Quality

Responsibilities

• Oversee the manufacture of products, ensuring consistent compliance with production, performance, and quality standards
• Review production reports to meet safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals
• Aid senior leadership with long-range operational goals and expansion efforts
• Identify and share training opportunities to enhance team skills
• Organize departmental teams for optimal efficiency in operations
• Deliver progress and production reports to executive team members as needed
• Create and execute qualification and compliance processes for global suppliers
• Implement Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) procedures, including root cause analysis and corrective measures
• Ensure closure on supplier non-conformances through Deviation Notifications and NCMR
• Monitor supplier performance via monthly scorecards and drive improvement actions
• Promote quality risk elimination across the supply chain with policy and process opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required
• Minimum of 10 years of Program Management and Manufacturing experience in a regulated industry
• Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience required
• Knowledge of industry quality systems essential
• Highly analytical problem-solving skills, including Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with large global suppliers
• Ability to collaborate across complex, cross-functional teams in multiple geographies
