About the role

The Senior Manager, Knowledge Management/Content Strategist will be based at one of the following locations: Austin, Westlake, Orlando. This role is part of DAFgiving360™, an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing charitable giving in the U.S. and partnering with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a strategy to foster the flow of knowledge across the organization while supporting users of the knowledge center.
  • Own phases of the donor journey, anticipate and develop knowledge experiences, and ensure the accuracy of existing content.
  • Project manage new content in support of the DAFgiving360 strategy.
  • Evolve the communication strategy for utilizing the knowledge center, including newsletter articles, roadshows, and attending group meetings to discuss knowledge management best practices.
  • Own the AI/technology experience and how we utilize technology to advance the knowledge center.
  • Drive the knowledge management strategy/plan in partnership with the second Sr. Knowledge Strategist.
  • Support BAU work as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Copywriting and editing (technical or creative) background
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Knowledge management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for philanthropy, community impact, and client service
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, client-focused environment
