Description

The Senior Manager of IT Application Development will lead a team in developing innovative solutions for Corporate Safety Operational Risk and Corporate Medical business units. This role involves driving technological advancements and shaping the company's future through Agile development and solutions architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience leading and developing IT teams
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions or building applications using AWS cloud
• Leadership experience managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management, and related disciplines
• Experience with Agile development and requirements management processes
• Master's degree preferred
• Understanding of system architecture principles
• Experience with Business Continuity software like VEOCI, Everbridge
• Experience with Occupational Health Safety Management software like Cority, SafetyCulture, EHS Insight
• Experience with Quality Management, Safety Management, OSHA, FAA Compliance
• Experience leading contact center or customer service technology delivery & engineering teams
• Experience with Digital/Chatbots & Voice Bot development using industry leading platforms and digital bot/tools
• Experience with Gen AI and Conversation AI platforms

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $140,600.00 to $183,108.00. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
