We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Sr. Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance, reporting to our VP, Global Investor Relations & Corporate Communications.
Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Global Investor Relations & Corporate Communications in developing and executing Evolus’ investor relations strategy.
- Help articulate and reinforce a clear, consistent, and compelling equity narrative aligned with corporate strategy, operational performance, and long-term value creation.
- Ensure investor communications are aligned with company disclosures, regulatory requirements, and strategic priorities.
- Lead investor targeting initiatives, including identification and prioritization of prospective institutional investors aligned with Evolus’ strategy and shareholder objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed investor profiles, targeting lists, and structured engagement plans.
- Track shareholder ownership trends and support proactive engagement strategies.
- Lead preparation of investor-facing materials, including: Quarterly earnings releases, Investor presentations, Earnings scripts, FAQs and talking points, Executive briefing materials.
- Support planning and execution of quarterly earnings calls, investor days, and other key investor events. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment across all external investor communications.
- Review and conduct first-pass analysis of analyst consensus models and estimates following earnings releases and key disclosures.
- Assess alignment of analyst assumptions and forecasts with publicly communicated information, corporate strategy, and long-term objectives. Identify and flag material variances, outliers, or misalignments for discussion with the VP and appropriate internal stakeholders. Support follow-up with analysts, as appropriate, to clarify publicly available information and assumptions in accordance with Regulation FD.
- Manage logistics and coordination for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows (NDRs), and other investor engagement activities. Coordinate scheduling and preparation for 1x1 investor meetings. Manage inbound investor meeting requests and inquiries, including prioritization, scheduling, and follow-up. Serve as the primary coordinator for investor calendars, travel logistics, and meeting materials.
- Own and manage the company’s investor relations website. Ensure timely updates of financial results, SEC filings, presentations, press releases, and other disclosures. Maintain accuracy and compliance with IR website content in accordance with disclosure and regulatory requirements.
- Build deep expertise in the global aesthetics market and competitive landscape. Master internal and external market data sources to provide a clear, credible, and data-driven view of the market to internal and external stakeholders. Lead quarterly deep dives into direct competitors’ earnings to inform high-quality comparisons and industry talking points. Partner with Evolus’ analytics team to evaluate company KPIs relative to industry benchmarks and market trends.
- Build high-level financial models of current and adjacent markets to support long-range planning and strategic decision-making. Take an outside-in perspective to inform long-range plans and evaluate pipeline opportunities. Support ad hoc strategic projects as needed for the CFO and CEO.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience preparing earnings materials and interacting with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret and assess analyst models and consensus data.
- Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements, disclosure practices, and Regulation FD.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate financial and operational performance into a compelling equity story.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced financial degree strongly preferred.
- Prior experience at a publicly traded company is strongly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical aesthetics, or consumer healthcare sectors preferred.
- NIRI certifications preferred.
