About the role

Within Schwab’s newly formed Investment Platforms, Solutions, and Strategy (SIPPS) organization, the Senior Manager, Investment Offer Strategy will be part of the Investment & Offer Solutions group. This team shapes strategy across proprietary Separately Managed Account products and third-party product marketplaces, including alternative investments, managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, fixed income, annuities and insurance, and 529 solutions.

This role sits at the center of important strategic questions: where should Schwab invest next, how should the offer portfolio evolve over the next 3–5 years, and how can Schwab continue to differentiate its platforms in a changing investment landscape? You will own discrete components of the long-term offer strategy and serve as a strategic thought partner on high-visibility initiatives from problem framing through executive decision-making.

Your work will require close collaboration across Retail, Advisor Services, Workplace, Schwab Asset Management, and corporate partners such as Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to shape go-forward offer strategy that supports clients, RIAs, asset managers, and Schwab.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, connecting market and client insights to actionable strategy, and influencing outcomes through executive-level communication. You will deepen your strategy expertise while gaining broad exposure across investment products, platforms, and senior leadership.
