About the Opportunity

The Sr. Manager-Infrastructure & Network will lead the strategy and execution for IT infrastructure and network modernization, capacity planning, and cloud initiatives. This role is responsible for bridging IT strategy with operational execution, overseeing infrastructure performance, security, and compliance, and managing a team to support the organization's technology backbone.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT infrastructure and network modernization roadmaps
• Manage and document architecture and implementation standards
• Establish technology standards and operational procedures
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across environments
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Oversee incident response and root cause analysis
• Manage budgets, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations
• Align infrastructure and network strategy with business objectives
• Design and support hybrid infrastructure environments
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks
• Lead project scoping, budgeting, implementation, and governance
• Prepare technical analyses, reports, and cost estimates
• Identify strategies to improve infrastructure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Research and recommend innovative technologies and practices
• Lead network security initiatives and incident response
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure decisions
• Drive automation to improve reliability and reduce manual operations
• Oversee 24x7 support and on-call rotations
• Support internal and external audits
• Manage strategic technology vendors
• Hire, mentor, and manage the infrastructure and network team
• Develop operational metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership managing enterprise infrastructure and networks
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in capacity planning and infrastructure consolidation
• Deep knowledge of enterprise operating systems, directory services, networking, virtualization, and databases across on-premise and cloud
• Leadership experience influencing multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Cisco, VMware, firewalls, network security tools
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Entra, PIM, Defender, InTune, Exchange, M365, Purview, SharePoint
• Network skills in routing, switching, load balancers, firewalls
• Cybersecurity knowledge including endpoint protection, SIEM, SOC management
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and PCI-DSS

Pay

$160,000 - $190,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
