Its SaaS platform enhances dealers' ability to serve customers efficiently while improving financial and operational performance. About the Opportunity:The SR. MANAGER, IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT is responsible for securing and managing user, machine, and administrative identities and ensuring appropriate access levels. This role leads the identity and access management function, establishing security strategies, standards, and architectures that protect the organization’s resources. The position significantly contributes by shaping and maintaining secure access frameworks crucial for organizational security and compliance. Responsibilities:Lead and develop identity and access management (IAM) strategies and teamPartner with security, technology, and business teams to implement IAM solutionsDevelop and improve security standards for identity governance, privileged access, and secrets managementMeasure and report on compliance with security standardsArchitect and implement IAM, privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and secrets management solutionsCollaborate with product and technology teams on secure machine identity and secrets managementManage user account lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and secrets management processesProvide 24x7 tier 2/3 support for identity technologies Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master’s preferred, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 8 years in identity and access management, including 3 years in a leadership role within security operationsExperience securing Microsoft 365 environmentsStrong expertise in privileged access management in hybrid on-premises/cloud environmentsExtensive experience with user lifecycle automation and access provisioning using modern IGA toolsExperience collaborating with product and platform teams on secrets management Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base compensation: $190,000 - $225,000Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive plans Benefits & Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401K Matching ProgramTuition Reimbursement Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
