Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide the strategy and execution of enterprise identity and access management across a complex technology environment. You will lead a team responsible for protecting user access, privileged access, and secrets management while strengthening the organization's overall security posture. The position also partners closely with technical stakeholders to improve automation, governance, and operational visibility. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $190,000 – $225,000 annually Responsibilities Exemplify security culture and principles across the organization Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM security strategy Lead the IAM team and manage related technologies and services Create IAM metrics to drive continuous improvements Architect and implement IAM, PAM, and secrets management solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's preferred 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, with 3+ years in a leadership role Experience securing Microsoft 365 environments Strong knowledge of privileged access management in hybrid settings Proficiency in user lifecycle and access provisioning automation with modern IGA tools Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K matching program Tuition reimbursement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
