Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner - Enterprise Services
About the role
Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRBP to work with the Enterprise Products and Experiences clients to deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong relationship building, influencing, communication, and problem solving skills; who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and values-oriented team.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting
- Partner with clients to build effective relationships, effectively manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to effectively execute on HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs
- Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners who require assistance on HR-related issues
- Coach people managers on situations including general leadership skills, org design, performance concerns
- Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Enterprise Products and Experiences and deliver an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs
- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design
- Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of client facing experience OR at least 5 years of consulting experience OR a combination
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
- 7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $177,700 - $202,800 for McLean, VA and $161,500 - $184,300 for Richmond, VA. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
