About the role

As a Sr. Manager, Go To Market, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with external partners to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing spend and outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, and PPC.
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This role offers a flexible schedule with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
