About the role
As a Sr. Manager, Go To Market, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with external partners to achieve business objectives.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing spend and outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Qualifications
