Sr. Manager, Global Supply

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic sourcing for assigned direct-material commodities
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, tooling costs, and payment terms
• Build and execute dual-sourcing and supply-continuity strategies
• Drive NPI sourcing in coordination with Engineering and Product teams
• Establish and maintain a supplier performance assessment strategy
• Manage cost reductions and maintain accurate cost models for commodities
• Integrate AI into procurement processes and mentor the team on analytic tools

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or global supply management, specifically with direct commodity ownership
• Experience sourcing hardware/electro-mechanical components in relevant industries such as electronics and IoT
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering on NPI sourcing processes
• Strong capability in should-cost analysis and cost modeling
• Experience managing and negotiating with global suppliers, particularly in Asia
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Willingness to travel internationally, up to 25%

Pay

$125,720 – $224,500 annually
