Sr. Global Supply Manager
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
The posting includes: About Lucid (company description) but not "About the role"? There's a paragraph: "Lucid Motors is seeking a seasoned Sr. level Global Supply Chain Manager to create and execute the procurement strategy for the materials going into our Chassis Mechatronics." That's about the role. So we can put that under About the role.
Responsibilities: The "Key Responsibilities And Skills" section includes many bullet points. We'll extract responsibilities (maybe separate from skills). The list includes Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Contract Negotiation and Management, Inventory and Demand Planning, Risk Management, Negotiation and Cost Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Travel. Those are responsibilities. Also there is a "Skills" part maybe within same heading? The heading says "Key Responsibilities And Skills". We need to separate responsibilities and skills? The instruction: Use headings for sections: Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, etc. So we need to split content accordingly.
We have "Core Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Those go under Qualifications (maybe combine core and preferred). Also there is a list of "For a chassis-focused role, experience in the following commodities in highly desirable:" which is more qualifications/skills.
Skills: The bullet list includes many skill items: "Impeccable visual presentation, interpersonal and communication skills", etc. Also "Proficient in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)". Also "Preferred Qualifications" includes many skill-like items. We'll treat skills section as the bullet list under "Key Responsibilities And Skills" that are skill-oriented. But we need to avoid duplication.
Better: Use Responsibilities for the bullet points that start with action verbs: Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Contract Negotiation and Management, Inventory and Demand Planning, Risk Management, Negotiation and Cost Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Travel.
Skills: The list under "Core Qualifications" includes many skill statements: "Impeccable visual presentation, interpersonal and communication skills", "Demonstrated experience working independently with excellent judgement", "Ability to navigate numerous competing priorities", "Strong interpersonal skills", "Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.", "Passion for results, strategy, and sense of urgency and ownership", "Creative, calculated risk taker", "Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities", "Proficient in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)". Also "Preferred Qualifications" includes many skill-like items: "Master’s degree...", "Experience specifically within the battery industry...", "Commodity management experience...", "Experience managing complex global supply chains...", "Expertise with import/export regulations...", "Demonstrated success in negotiating large, complex contractual agreements...", "Ability to inspire and motivate team members...", "Outstanding strategic critical-thinking skills coupled with high emotional intelligence", "Flexibility to adapt...". Those could be qualifications or skills. But we have Qualifications section for education and experience. Skills section for abilities.
We'll put education and degree requirements under Qualifications. Core Qualifications includes Bachelor’s degree etc. Preferred Qualifications includes Master’s degree etc. Also experience specifics.
Thus Qualifications: combine core and preferred qualifications (education, experience). Skills: list of abilities (communication, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, etc.) plus technical proficiencies.
Benefits: The posting includes "Compensation & Benefits:" paragraph describing benefits. So we need Benefits section.
Pay: Not specified (no salary). So we should NOT include Pay section.
Schedule: Not specified (no mention of work schedule). So no Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accessibility, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any substantive info. So we need to include all responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, etc.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, accessibility, etc. We removed those. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The "About Lucid" paragraph at start describing company mission etc. Should we include that? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". The About Lucid description is substantive but not about the role. However we have no heading for company overview; we could include it under About the role? But About the role heading is for role description. The company description could be placed under About the role as part of context? Might be considered part of About the role? The instruction says use
