MANAGER, GLOBAL PROCUREMENT (SOFT HOME - BEDDING) is responsible for leading procurement strategies to achieve competitive product costs without compromising quality or sustainability. This role drives cost structure management, supplier negotiations, and alignment of procurement processes with innovation and sustainability goals. The position is crucial for securing supply continuity, enabling product excellence, and supporting the organization’s growth and global sourcing strategy. Responsibilities:Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and align with business growth.Deliver exceptional product cost reductions while maintaining quality and ESG standards.Collaborate with technology teams to integrate procurement capabilities into vendor management tools.Lead end-to-end RFP processes to secure optimal pricing and commercial terms.Develop negotiation frameworks to institutionalize sustainable cost savings.Utilize component-level clean sheets to enhance pricing transparency and approve buy plans.Negotiate launch costing and establish renegotiation schedules for scaling pricing.Partner with material sourcing and suppliers to ensure transparent and competitive pricing.Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate material availability into product development. Requirements:Deep expertise in commodity costing, manufacturing efficiency, and supplier negotiation.Proven ability to manage cost structures and deliver significant cost reductions.Experience with clean sheet costing and buy plan approvals.Strong skills in running competitive bidding processes and supplier relationship management.Ability to collaborate across teams and integrate procurement with technology solutions.
