Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will own global procurement strategy for a hard home category, with a focus on improving margins, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting scalable growth. The position will work closely with sourcing, merchandising, materials, and production teams to drive cost transparency and commercial discipline across the supply base. It will also help identify opportunities for supply chain innovation and create measurable financial value as the business expands. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins as the business scales
• Run competitive bidding processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
• Use clean sheets to support pricing transparency and govern buy plan approvals
• Partner with sourcing teams to integrate material costing into finished goods
• Identify opportunities for supply chain innovation and financial value creation

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within consumer goods or retail
• Proven track record managing competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience with clean sheets for cost negotiations
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience collaborating with merchandising, materials, and production teams

Pay

Compensation: $164,000 – $240,000 annually
