Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global pricing strategy to enhance price realization
  • Lead the development of pricing capabilities like value-based pricing
  • Identify and address pricing performance gaps for tangible business impact
  • Enhance the contracting framework to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Standardize contracting processes across regions and channels
  • Act as an advisor to Commercial leadership to influence pricing strategies
  • Plead pricing performance tracking and deliver actionable insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial leadership roles
  • Proven track record in pricing transformation initiatives
  • Strong experience in pricing governance and discount frameworks
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing distributed teams

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
