Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global pricing strategy to enhance price realization
- Lead the development of pricing capabilities like value-based pricing
- Identify and address pricing performance gaps for tangible business impact
- Enhance the contracting framework to ensure compliance and risk management
- Standardize contracting processes across regions and channels
- Act as an advisor to Commercial leadership to influence pricing strategies
- Plead pricing performance tracking and deliver actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial leadership roles
- Proven track record in pricing transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in pricing governance and discount frameworks
- Advanced analytical capabilities with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Experience in building and leading high-performing distributed teams
