Sr. Manager, Global Controlling

Position Responsibilities

Lead global controlling and performance management routines across regions and business units.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews with clear variance commentary.
Monitor revenue, gross profit, EBIT, conversion ratio, productivity, overheads, and working capital KPIs.
Challenge performance gaps and support definition of corrective actions.
Cookordinate executive management reporting packages for CFO / CEO review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  Master's Degree, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  8+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Performance Management, with 5+ years in a managerial or senior finance leadership role.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, working capital, productivity, and key financial performance indicators.
  Experience supporting executive leadership in a multinational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and ERP / planning systems.
  Logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or international services industry experience preferred.

Development and Support

Mentor and support regional controlling teams.
Promote financial discipline, performance orientation, and data-driven decision making.
Build financial literacy across business functions.
Support stakeholders with clear guidance on reporting standards, KPI definitions, and controlling expectations.
