Pay

Base pay and total target cash vary by location:

• San Jose, California: Base Pay $127,000 – $188,650 annually; Total Target Cash $254,000 – $377,300 annually.
• Chicago, Illinois: Base Pay $115,500 – $171,600 annually; Total Target Cash $231,000 – $343,200 annually.
• Austin, Texas: Base Pay $115,500 – $171,600 annually; Total Target Cash $231,000 – $343,200 annually.
• New York City, New York: Base Pay $127,000 – $188,650 annually; Total Target Cash $254,000 – $377,300 annually.
• Scottsdale, Arizona: Base Pay $109,500 – $162,800 annually; Total Target Cash $219,000 – $325,600 annually.
• Omaha, Nebraska: Base Pay $109,500 – $162,800 annually; Total Target Cash $219,000 – $325,600 annually.

Schedule

PayPal’s balanced hybrid work model offers three days in the office and two days remote (either at a PayPal office or home workspace).
