Sr. Manager, Finance - Commercial FP&A
About the role
The Sr. Manager, Finance Business Partnering is a strategic finance leader within Chamberlain Group’s Finance function, supporting either Corporate Finance or Commercial/Product business unit environments. This role drives financial performance and informed decision-making by leading planning, forecasting, analysis, and executive-level reporting across the assigned business area.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the assigned business area’s planning, forecasting, and performance management drumbeat, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial outlooks that support strategic and operational decision-making through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and risk/opportunity assessment.
- Lead the end-to-end financial planning cycle—including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and ongoing performance monitoring—ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and proactively identifying gaps, drivers, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present clear, compelling financial reporting and executive-level presentations for senior leadership, translating complex financial results into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide ad hoc and special-project financial support to enable informed decision-making across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
- Build and maintain trusted finance partnerships with senior business leaders, serving as a strategic advisor who influences key decisions and connects financial insights to business outcomes.
- Maintain deep professional and technical expertise by staying current on financial best practices, tools, and industry trends.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred, but not required.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, 3+ years of experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience preparing executive-level and senior leadership presentations is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop and apply financial and business frameworks to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and drive value-added initiatives. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
