Position Summary The Field Operations Senior Manager (FOSM) will oversee and manage Regional Operation Managers and their respective markets. The FOSM will also oversee one major market directly, a total of $70m in contractor spend. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee and ensure the regions under their management are compliant with all partner SLA’s and KPI’s. This is a remote position and requires 50% travel to meet key providers, job sites, and for periodic trips to our headquarters in Naperville, IL for business planning. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Manage 70M in contractor spend. AJC management. Ensures all markets are at or below budget. Manage ROM’s and direct reports. Weekly team and one on one meetings. Oversee the training and management of new contractors/markets. Monthly site visits in reporting ROM’s regions. Quarterly visits to Naperville with management team. Compliance of all SLA’s and KPI’s. Risk-mitigate and support the field team for all complaints and hardships. Quarterly visits to Naperville to meet with management team. We're Excited if this is You! Experience And Qualifications Of The Role 5+ years of contractor management experience. 3-5 years of people management experience. Computer Skills Needed To Perform The Job Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Able to learn and maneuver different software systems used to perform daily tasks. Education Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years relevant, industry experience required. The base pay range for this position is $125,120 - $180,000 USD Yearly. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
