Responsibilities
- Implement and support strategic digital capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance in designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure systems in the specimen management landscape.
- Enable integration between various applications by designing concepts or changes of robust middleware solutions.
- Support the implementation of DevOps practices to streamline software development and deployment processes.
- Work on projects involving natural language processing and advanced analytics.
- Handle and process informed consent forms with use of metadata to achieve efficient sample tracking and compliance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
- Develop software applications following structured Software Development Lifecycle processes in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-Bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience.
- Five (5) years of experience with/in the following:
- Labmatrix Biospecimen management;
- Home-grown consent tracking tools;
- Clinical domain knowledge including Biospecimen management, consent codification, and general clinical development process;
- Utilizing Qiagram for biospecimen data analytics and visualization;
- Middleware technology expertise in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.
