Job Responsibilities

Lead and develop engineering managers and staff to achieve performance and behavior objectives within the function
Engage cross-functionally with department leadership and vendors to advance major initiatives and resolve operational issues
Contribute to budget development and manage resources to meet financial objectives within the area
Develop and approve network design documents for new systems and features deployment
Ensure development and execution of test plans for major releases and key features following engineering best practices

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
    Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Related Field (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Technical management experience in a large corporate IP, IT or Wireless Service provider networking environment. (Preferred)
    7-10 years Experience in budget forecasting and budget tracking with a high degree of accuracy. (Preferred)
    7-10 years Experience creating and presenting technical and financial business cases to senior management. (Preferred)
    7-10 years Skilled at management of RFI/RFP process, capital acquisitions and contact negotiations. (Preferred)
    7-10 years Effective organizational objectives/goal setting and achieving experience. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $141,900 - $255,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
