Sr Manager, Data/AI Solution Architect
About the role
As part of Gilead’s enterprise AI strategy to accelerate insights and decision‑making, we are seeking an Sr Manager, Data/AI Solution Architect to lead the design of Data and AI solutions across the HR & LCCR Functions. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, and Data/AI Product Owners, Technical Delivery Leads and Platform Leads to determine the right solution architecture for predictive analytics and AI‑driven insights. You will drive technical excellence through architectural design, modeling approach, and platform selection—ensuring scalable solutions, aligned to Gilead standards, that translate complex digital needs into actionable insights. This position will report to the Director, Data/AI and is based in Foster City, CA (hybrid‑eligible).
Responsibilities
- Solution design & delivery: Partner with function business process leads across HR, Compliance, and Legal to assess needs and translate them into practical AI solution designs and serve as the technical lead across solutions.
