Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Solutions Management to join our Global Financial Services (GFS) team and lead the Customer Solutions Management (CSM) function for our Banking segment. In this role, you will lead a team of Customer Solutions Managers responsible for guiding several of our largest global financial services customers along their multi-year journey — from cloud migration and application modernization to generative AI and agentic AI transformation. You will recruit, nurture, and drive a group of highly talented CSMs who are customer obsessed with outcomes, while owning the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of the segment.
