About the role
This role leads the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for a defined area of focus, partnering closely with the Sr. Director who owns the broader program portfolio. This role brings a keen strategic perspective, deep customer understanding, and cross-functional leadership—operating with a high level of independence while leaning into shared alignment at key achievements.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead a major customer marketing priority (e.g., a key product area, segment, lifecycle stage, or top initiative).
- Translate business objectives and customer insights into an actionable integrated marketing plan and program execution.
- Develop integrated briefs, strategic recommendations, and messaging frameworks for your priority area.
- Partner with PMM, Product, Brand Studio, Media, Web, Analytics, and International teams to bring work to life.
- Lead cross-functional execution across channels, creative development, and customer touchpoints.
- Drive alignment and clarity on your priority with senior partners, calling out risks, trade-offs, and dependencies.
- Measure performance, connect results to business benchmarks, and apply insights to future planning.
- Mentor P40 and P30 team members, helping develop strategic capability across the team.
- Collaborate with the Director and Sr. Director on shared initiatives, contributing to strategic frameworks and long-range planning.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle strategy.
- Proven ability to lead complex programs independently and deliver measurable results.
- Strong critical thinking, cross-functional influence, and executive-ready communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize customer insights, business objectives, and creative strategy into cohesive plans.
- Experience guiding creative and channel strategy across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Recognized as a strong collaborator and strategic partner across multiple teams.

Pay
The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,900 -- $250,875 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
