Sr. Manager, Communications

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable communications function across a multi-site healthcare organization.
• Drive brand growth by leading high-impact internal and employee communications.
• Lead physician communications programs focused on engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute structured external campaigns, collateral, and events.

Position Specifics

• Hybrid, in NJ several times per month, East Coast Travel: 20% required.
• Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000K (DOE).

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in communications, preferably within multi-site healthcare, MSO, or provider organizations.
• Proven experience in:
• Physician communications and engagement.
• Internal communications at scale.
• Social media.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability across formats: Executive messaging, physician-facing communications, campaigns, and collateral.
• Track record of building communication systems in complex, distributed organizations.
