Sr. Manager Client Services

About the role

The Senior Manager Client Services leads the execution of large-scale programs and projects, focusing on driving client satisfaction and business growth. This role ensures effective day-to-day management for both internal and external clients while strengthening key client and retailer relationships. It oversees program management, research, status reporting, budget tracking, and the creation and strategic implementation of initiatives to drive participation in Experiential services, aligning with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities
• Provide support for internal or external clients with day-to-day program management, proposal development, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking
• Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure deliverables are successfully achieved
• Manage event/program timelines, cost management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting based on outlined SOPs and best practices
• Train, coach, and supervise direct report(s)
• Set goals and operational objectives to achieve operational results
• Delegate tasks as appropriate for direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• 3-5 years of experience in Consumer products, brand, or agency, sales
• Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred
• Negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills
• Good sales presentation and development skills
• Creative thinker and self-starter who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
