Sr. Manager Business Systems

About the Role

This position partners with business leadership, Information Technology (IT), and other key stakeholders to execute a business-specific Information Systems strategy. Leads projects involving system selection, enhancements, configuration, reporting, and updates to support the Bank's needs. Manages the design, development, testing, and administration of business-specific systems and participates in organizational change management efforts for each initiative. Oversees a team of associates, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Business Strategy: Contributes to system strategy development through partnership with business unit leaders, IT, and stakeholders. Executes strategy and ensures alignment within and outside the business unit.
• System Support: Manages a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation, and upgrades of supported business systems. Oversees troubleshooting and process improvements for end users. Leads vendor selection and evaluates system functionality through user feedback and analysis.
• Managerial Functions: Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Recommends policy, procedure, and efficiency changes. Manages hiring, performance, training, and evaluation of staff while providing technical and professional development.
• Change Management: Leads organizational change management for business systems, including training and education for users, managers, and associates.

Requirements

• Experience with the specific business system(s) to be supported.
• Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management, or
  • High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Coupa or Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Product Manager/Product Owner experience.
  • Experience with contract management tools (e.g., Icertis).
  • Agile delivery methods.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
