We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division, FreeWheel, provides comprehensive adtech that simplifies buying and selling premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.

Comcast Advertising Media Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated brand efforts that strengthen market awareness, deepen customer relevance, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a creative, collaborative brand marketer who can translate market insights, sales priorities, and business objectives into meaningful brand campaigns, content, and experiences. You will serve as a brand steward and cross-functional conductor, partnering closely with sales marketing, creative, marketing science, communications, social, events, sales, and external partners to bring brand campaigns to life across every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Brand Strategy, Positioning, & Growth: Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens brand equity, increases awareness, and supports business growth. Serve as a steward of the brand across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a differentiated and consistent market presence.
  • Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Partner with marketing and business leaders to define annual brand priorities, key initiatives, and marketing themes aligned to business objectives, sales priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Lead the development and execution of creatively compelling and insight-driven brand campaigns that reinforce positioning, support go-to-market priorities, and drive measurable business impact across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as the central orchestrator of brand initiatives, bringing together stakeholders across sales marketing, creative, marketing science, communications, social, events, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, impactful brand experiences.
  • Creative Development & Storytelling: Partner closely with the creative team to develop compelling campaigns and brand assets, including customer success stories (case studies) and proof points that elevate the brand, strengthen credibility, and help drive revenue.
  • Marketplace Insights & Industry Leadership: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to inform brand strategy, uncover growth opportunities, and strengthen thought leadership and presence within the marketplace.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Partner with marketing science and other stakeholders to establish success metrics, evaluate brand and campaign performance, and leverage insights to optimize strategy and demonstrate business impact.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop team member(s) while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture built on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or integrated marketing, preferably in media, advertising, ad technology, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven success leading brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and integrated brand campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong creative judgment and experience partnering with creative teams to develop differentiated campaigns, video assets, customer stories, and thought leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a cross-functional conductor, aligning stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, communications, events, demand generation, digital, social, lifecycle, and external partner teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
  • High degree of independence, initiative, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including comfort influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with brand measurement, research, and marketing analytics is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred, though Comcast may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Pay

This role can be performed in Illinois and New York City with a pay range of $111,273.10 - $200,291.57. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class benefits to eligible employees.
