We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about culture etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Landmark Credit Union". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. EEO/Veterans/Disabled" We need to remove EEO/Veterans/Disabled line (boilerplate). Also remove any duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. We need to decide sections. We have an introductory paragraph about culture: could be "About the role" or maybe "About Landmark Credit Union". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for the culture paragraph. Then we have "NATURE AND SCOPE" which describes the role: reports to Regional Manager, oversees branch operations, develops procedures, responsible for hiring/training etc. That could be part of "Responsibilities" or "Principal Accountabilities". The posting splits into Requirements and Principal Accountabilities. So we can have sections: Responsibilities (maybe combine NATURE AND SCOPE and Principal Accountabilities). Requirements (education/experience). Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine. We need to avoid thin sections. So maybe we have three sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. We need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list bullet points. For requirements we can list bullet points. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph (About the role): "At Landmark Credit Union, we succeed by putting people first - and that starts with you. Our culture of inclusion and collaboration enables us to support our members’ financial wellbeing, positively impact the communities we serve, and help our associates grow their careers. Bring your authentic self to work as part of an organization where you’ll feel valued for your unique qualities, are enabled to reach your full potential, and are recognized for your contributions to our success. We strive to ensure you feel empowered to grow and succeed, while also feeling valued and taken care of, as we all do our part to put people first. We invite you to learn more about this and other opportunities at Landmark Credit Union." We can keep that as a

. Now NATURE AND SCOPE: "Reports to the Regional Manager, Branch Sales & Services. Oversees branch operations related to sales, service, security, and compliance. Develops new and improves current procedures that enhance the member experience for their branch. Responsible for the hiring, training and development, coaching, and performance management of all levels of their branch staff." We can turn into bullet list. Principal Accountabilities: "Manages the branch staff including hiring, training, performance management and coaching and development. Ensures that members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service while maintaining the policies and procedures of the organization. Develops monthly branch sales goals, educates and coaches associates on products and services, and coordinates marketing events in the branch and surrounding community. Monitors the performance of associates toward assigned goals of incentive systems and contests. Responsible for the profitable operation of the branch within budget guidelines and set objectives including cash control, cash flow and accurate posting of all transactions. Ensures branch is in compliance with security procedures and complies with BSA/OFAC regulations and guidelines. Acts as a loan officer within assigned approval limits. May be required to attend training and/or meetings at headquarters or an off-site location. Performs other duties as assigned." We can also bullet. Combine both into responsibilities. Now Requirements: "High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred. Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a financial environment. Prior management experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Proven experience managing a branch with high member interaction volume or proven experience with managing multiple branches with a combined high member interaction volume. Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Must have, or be able to attain, a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#) and be licensed, or be able to attain licensure, to sell credit insurance. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations." We can bullet each sentence or group. We need to ensure we don't create sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule because not present. Thus final HTML:

We need to ensure no duplicate content: Some responsibilities overlap (managing branch staff appears twice). We could deduplicate but instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicates are present in original; we should keep them? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should remove duplicated lines. The duplicated line: "Manages the branch staff including hiring, training, performance management and coaching and development." appears also in NATURE AND SCOPE: "Responsible for the hiring, training and development, coaching, and performance management of all levels of their branch staff." They are similar but not identical. The duplicate line is exactly "Manages the branch staff including hiring, training, performance management and coaching and development." appears only once? Actually appears in Principal Accountabilities: "Manages the branch staff including hiring, training, performance management and coaching and development." The NATURE AND SCOPE says "
