Sr Manager, AI & Technology Program Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, AI & Technology Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead cross-functional program execution for AI and technology partnership initiatives, with a focus on driving clear milestones, alignment, and delivery discipline. The ideal candidate will build the operating cadence, visibility, and planning structure needed to keep multiple stakeholder groups moving in sync. This position will work closely with Product, Engineering, and external technology partners to support scalable execution and successful partnership outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program coordination and milestone tracking for AI partnerships
• Develop the program management operating system for partnership initiatives
• Manage the strategic operating calendar for planning and internal meetings
• Maintain a visibility framework to track key milestones and dependencies
• Coordinate joint delivery efforts with Product and Engineering teams
• Create partner enablement materials and co-marketing assets
• Ensure cross-functional alignment to meet partnership commitments
• Document processes and develop playbooks for scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management within tech or mission-driven sectors
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience managing multiple complex programs across stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem-solver in ambiguous environments
• Ability to engage technically with engineering teams
• Experience coordinating with external technology partners

Pay

$160,000 – $220,000 annually
