We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes MISSION CONTRIBUTION, SUMMARY, ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to decide which headings correspond.
- About the role: could be MISSION CONTRIBUTION + SUMMARY (overview). Use
About the role
with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (list of duties). Use- .
- Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (maybe also TRAINING & EXPERIENCE). Could combine under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe TRAINING & EXPERIENCE (education/experience). Could be separate but we can combine.
- Skills: maybe from MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (leadership, communication etc). Could be separate.
But we must avoid thin sections. Better to have a few substantive sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, experience, skills). Possibly also Physical Requirements and Special Requirements could be part of Requirements or separate? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for physical requirements and special requirements. Could create a section "Requirements" that includes both qualifications and physical/special. Or we could have separate sections like "Physical Requirements" and "Special Requirements" but those are not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit content into those headings. So we can put physical and special under Requirements.
Benefits, Pay, Schedule: posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule specifics (only mentions after-hours and weekend work, regular travel). That's schedule info but not explicit schedule like full-time/part-time. It says must be available for after-hours and weekend work and regular travel. That's schedule info. Could we create a Schedule section? The posting mentions schedule expectations (after-hours, weekend work, travel). That's specific enough? It says "Must be available for after-hours and weekend work and regular travel to multiple locations." That's schedule. So we could include a Schedule section with that detail. Benefits: none mentioned. Pay: none. So we omit Benefits and Pay.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Schedule.
We need to use
for each heading. Use
for prose,
- for lists. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate. We need to extract content. Let's parse: MISSION CONTRIBUTION: Leads Salvage, Bargain Barns, and transportation operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement and stewardship of donated goods while maximizing revenue and supporting mission services. SUMMARY: Under the Director of Logistics and Donor Services, oversees Salvage and Bargain Barns operations and coordinates daily transportation and material movement. Serves as the primary operational liaison for outsourced transportation vendors and supports safety, compliance, service, cost control, and continuous improvement. We can combine these into About the role paragraph(s). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: list of many duties. We'll turn each sentence into
- items.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: list of abilities.
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: education/experience preferences.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift over 40 lbs. regularly.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: safety-sensitive position requires drug testing, may require access to facility keys and alarm systems. Must be available for after-hours and weekend work and regular travel to multiple locations. Must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance coverage, and reliable personal transportation for travel throughout Goodwill territory.
We need to include schedule info: after-hours and weekend work, regular travel.
Thus Schedule section: maybe bullet list: after-hours and weekend work required; regular travel to multiple locations required.
But also driver's license etc could be under Requirements.
We must not lose any detail.
Let's craft HTML.
Structure:
About the role
MISSION CONTRIBUTION text.
SUMMARY text.
