Sr Loan Officer

About the role

X2 Mortgage is seeking a Senior Loan Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will help lead the team and increase loan volume while also mentoring new loan officers.

Responsibilities

• Closing loans independently
• Mentoring new loan officers
• Managing and de-escalating loan files when issues arise
• Constantly receiving incentives for pricing and speed
• Highly competitive pay structure with bonus for mentee volume

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar mortgage production role
• Minimum of $5,625,000 in closed loan volume in the previous quarter
• Motivation to set and exceed aggressive goals
• Willingness to think creatively to solve new problems
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan guidelines and processes
• Positive attitude and leadership background
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of mortgage loan guidelines and processes. They should also be motivated to set and exceed aggressive goals and be willing to think creatively to solve new problems.
