Sr Legal Counsel

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Legal Counsel to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will provide strategic legal support for a fast-paced technology business, with a focus on commercial contracting, cross-functional partnership, and practical guidance on a range of day-to-day legal matters. The position will work closely with sales, finance, and other internal stakeholders to help move key initiatives forward while managing legal risk. It also offers the opportunity to support broader legal projects and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including software licenses and data processing agreements Partner with cross-functional teams such as Global Sales and Finance to deliver legal support Support and drive legal initiatives, enhancing key projects and processes Conduct legal research and provide guidance on diverse legal issues Provide additional legal support across areas such as employment and intellectual property Qualifications 2–6 years of relevant legal experience in a top law firm or fast-paced in-house legal department Familiarity with Legal AI tools Comfort with complex legal issues in a dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Proven ability to collaborate across teams at different organizational levels Benefits 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents Paid parental leave Discounted pet insurance Life insurance Commuter benefits 401(k) plan Employee Assistance Program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
