What Will You Be Doing?

  • Review, revise, draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of contracts across the business
  • Provide legal support for marketing and consumer-facing initiatives
  • Support and advise on artificial intelligence initiatives
  • Advising management and personnel on compliance matters concerning data privacy and governance, and cybersecurity
  • Oversee and manage select litigation matters
  • Work cooperatively and closely with all levels of management and operational personnel
  • Work with Legal Department personnel to maintain corporate best practices
  • Identify and analyze risks and deliver practical and efficient solutions to business and regulatory issues faced by the company
  • Develop, maintain and update standard contract templates, terms of service, company policies and other forms

Qualifications

  • JD with strong academic credentials required
  • Member in good standing of a State Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction, and eligible to obtain Colorado single-client (in-house counsel) licensure
  • 4+ years of demonstrated corporate experience at a law firm or in-house legal department required
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Experience in the broader transportation industry is a plus, with airline experience preferred but not required
