What Will You Be Doing?
- Review, revise, draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of contracts across the business
- Provide legal support for marketing and consumer-facing initiatives
- Support and advise on artificial intelligence initiatives
- Advising management and personnel on compliance matters concerning data privacy and governance, and cybersecurity
- Oversee and manage select litigation matters
- Work cooperatively and closely with all levels of management and operational personnel
- Work with Legal Department personnel to maintain corporate best practices
- Identify and analyze risks and deliver practical and efficient solutions to business and regulatory issues faced by the company
- Develop, maintain and update standard contract templates, terms of service, company policies and other forms
Qualifications
- JD with strong academic credentials required
- Member in good standing of a State Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction, and eligible to obtain Colorado single-client (in-house counsel) licensure
- 4+ years of demonstrated corporate experience at a law firm or in-house legal department required
- Experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Experience in the broader transportation industry is a plus, with airline experience preferred but not required
