Sr. Legal Analyst
About the role
T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst to join its Legal Team, specifically supporting the growing T-Ads team. This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills, a drive to solve problems, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents requiring exercise of independent judgment for substance and terms
- Engage in contract negotiations to support attorneys and business clients
- Draft contracts, review redlines and prepare risk analyses
- Manage templates, playbooks, and other legal resources
- Manage use of contract and legal resource management tools
- Perform complex legal research, analyze data, and/or evaluate risk using sound judgment
- Demonstrate independence when weighing risk with business or litigation / regulatory goals in assigned areas, as well as creating short and long-term goals to minimize company risk
- Take the lead on substantive regulatory filings and/or contract workstreams
- Take the lead in preparing guidance for and training employees on complex legal issues
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a senior support role working in a legal office. They must possess a high degree of maturity, professionalism, and discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality and demonstrating excellent judgment. Detail-oriented and organized, they should have a sense of urgency and pride in accomplishing tasks. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with advanced skills in the MS Office Suite and comfort using various digital tools and emerging technologies.
