Sr / Lead Advanced Technology Engineer

About the role

The Vice President Engineering leads a team of engineers focused on advanced technology development, innovation, and implementation. The role involves overseeing projects, mentoring engineers, and driving technological advancements within the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple engineering projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical challenges and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and lead the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in engineering or related fields.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide engineers.
• Experience in managing complex engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• Experience in advanced technology development and simulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
