Sr. Laboratory Technologist
About the role
This position reports to Exosome Diagnostics, Inc., an mdxhealth company. The Sr. Laboratory Technologist are responsible for performing high complexity testing in the Clinical Laboratory under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager. May also function as General Supervisor (CLIA), and Supervisor (NYS) overseeing Testing Personnel in the laboratory.
Responsibilities
The position involves performing high complexity testing and overseeing testing personnel in the laboratory.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a biological or chemical science or Medical Technology and 4+ years’ experience in a molecular clinical laboratory
- OR Master of Science degree in a biological or chemical science and at least 2 years’ experience in a molecular clinical laboratory
- Current certification with ASCP as an MLS, MT, MLT, MB preferred
- Ability to train and lead other technologists
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular clinical laboratory and experience in leading and training other technologists.
Skills
Strong technical skills in molecular clinical laboratory and leadership abilities are required.

Pay
Hiring salary range: $43.00 to $45.00 per hour. The actual annual salary will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
