Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements
- Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
- Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process
- Process management and sourcing
- Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
- Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process
- Candidate relationship management
- Manage the end-to-end offer process, including offer creation, review, presentation, negotiation support, and delivery, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely acceptance
- Drive recruiting productivity by aligning coordinator and sourcing resources with business priorities, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient execution across the talent acquisition lifecycle
Required Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on financial services, asset management, investment management, fintech, or adjacent highly regulated industries
- Proven experience recruiting for technology roles including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Product Management, and Enterprise Applications
- Demonstrated success hiring specialized talent within fintech environments, including quantitative, data science, analytics, and digital transformation functions
- Experience recruiting for front-office, middle-office, and back-office positions within financial services organizations
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management, wealth management, asset management, or capital markets business models
- Experience supporting senior-level and executive hiring, including Directors, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and functional leaders
- Ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive talent within highly competitive talent markets
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and hiring managers to provide market intelligence, talent insights, and workforce planning recommendations
- Strong knowledge of compensation trends and offer negotiation practices within financial services and technology sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
