Sr IT Project Manager

The role involves managing project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Cook up cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Maintain a watchful eye on project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.
• Ensure project objectives align with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships when applicable.
• Drive accountability and timely resolution of project challenges.
• Support change management and project adoption activities.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience as Project Manager.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Agile Certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
• Utility/Energy Industry Experience.
• Program and Portfolio Management Exposure.
• Vendor and Contract Management Experience.
