Sr IT Integration Engineer

About the Role

As an IT Sr. Integration Engineer, you will be a central figure responsible for the advanced design, development, and ongoing maintenance of mission-critical integrations between our diverse IT systems, ensuring seamless and secure data exchange across the enterprise. You will leverage deep technical expertise and advanced knowledge of various integration platforms and protocols to lead complex integration projects, troubleshoot sophisticated data flow issues, and optimize integration performance and reliability.

This role requires a combination of extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-level integration technologies (e.g., APIs, ESBs, message queues), exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a profound commitment to data integrity and system interoperability.

You will provide leadership through team motivation, coaching, mentoring, and delegating. You may be called upon to lead major incidents or failures, participate in on-call rotations, and resolve major incidents as required. You will lead smaller EAI teams in medium to large complex projects or functional areas of larger projects and support issues, with a heavy emphasis on Clinical and Revenue Cycle management product lines and workflows. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate code/peer reviews of multi-facility or application-focused development work to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business discipline or equivalent experience, upon hire.
• 7-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience and understanding of hospital (Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle Management) or healthcare workflows.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with SFTP/FTP scripting tools, such as Tidal and Axway Secure Transport (ST).

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience.

Pay

$49.78 - $82.14 per hour.
