Sr IT Business Analyst

Position Overview

Support the product owner for client’s website and digital customer-facing platforms.
Serve as a liaison between business, marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams.
Ensure business requirements are translated into actionable tasks and delivered using Agile methods.
Bring extensive Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to manage content workflows and digital delivery.
Collaborate on large-scale digital initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting customer-facing websites and digital platforms.
• Strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, including content management and workflows.
• Familiarity with UX best practices, SEO, QA/testing, and analytics.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools like Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT activities.
