We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - "What You Can Expect In This Role" (intro paragraph) - "What You'll Do In This Role" (list of duties) - "What We're Looking For" (requirements/qualifications) - "Other Requirements" (criminal background check, SEC compliance) - "Salary Range Information" (pay) - "What you can expect when you join Sammons Financial Group" (benefits) - "Work Authorization/Sponsorship" (maybe not needed) - "Additional Information" (EEO, etc.) which we should remove as boilerplate. We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities" (What You'll Do), "Requirements" (What We're Looking For + Other Requirements?), "Qualifications" maybe combine? But we can have separate sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to decide which sections to include. We have: - Intro paragraph: "What You Can Expect In This Role Support investment data governance..." This is prose. Could be under "About the role". We'll include

    About the role

    with

containing that paragraph. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do In This Role" includes a list of duties (multiple sentences). We can turn each bullet into

  • . The text includes multiple sentences separated by semicolons? Actually it's a paragraph with sentences separated by semicolons. We'll split into list items. Let's extract duties: "Lead analysis of new security master files and new purchase yields; work with the external managers to explain and resolve. Oversee security master file setup and maintenance, ensuring completeness, accuracy and alignment with data governance standards. Identify, investigate and resolve complex discrepancies in security master data, income accrual and amortization/accretion schedules; escalate unresolved issues as appropriate. Assist with resolution of reconciliation exceptions by collaborating with internal teams such as accounting, reporting, technology, policy and portfolio management. Research and collaborate with internal and external partners on specific accounting and reporting guidance (e.g., Principal Based Bonds). Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) of primary investment data (e.g., payment structure, NAIC reporting categories) and PAM® for Investments (PFI) functionality (e.g., SMF field downstream impacts, report design, asset type – specific functions). Maintain knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, industry developments and operational workflows impacting insurance company portfolios. Take a lead role in user acceptance testing (UAT) for PFI system enhancements, data feeds and reconciliation tools. Document and review procedures and training aides for operational continuity and team development. Assist in preparing internal reports or summaries on reconciliation status, trends and recurring issues for team leads or management. Commitment to embrace Sammons Financial Group Companies shared values (Accountability, Connection, Openness, Respect and Integrity). As stated within the Company Attendance and Punctuality policy, regular attendance is required and expected in order to meet the business service levels and workflow demands. Participate in other initiatives and/or projects as necessary." We can treat each sentence separated by period or semicolon as bullet. We'll produce
    • for each. - Requirements/Qualifications: "What We're Looking For" includes bullet-like lines: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Preferred, Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience..., Minimum 2 years' experience working in PAM® for Investments (PFI) Preferred, Strong quantitative..., Excellent attention..., Strong systems background..., Intellectually curious..., Excellent ability to work..., Superior time management..., Familiarity with AI-based solutions..., Strong Microsoft Excel skills..., Excellent oral and written communication skills. We can put these under

      Requirements

      with
      • . - Other Requirements: "Criminal background check required. This role will be subject to a SEC compliance program, which can include monitoring personal securities transactions, restrictions on outside business activities, as well as other oversight and restrictions." This could be part of Requirements or separate "Other Requirements". Since we have a Requirements section already, we could add these as additional list items under Requirements. Or we could have a separate "Other Requirements" heading. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine them into Requirements. - Pay: Salary Range Information: "Salary Range Information USD $61,622.00 - USD $115,540.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire." We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Yes, it does. So we will have

        Pay

        with

containing that info. - Benefits: "What you can expect when you join Sammons Financial Group" includes bullet list of benefits. We'll have

        Benefits

        with
        • . - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of "Friday afternoons off year-round" under benefits. That's a schedule detail but it's part of benefits. No separate schedule section. So we omit Schedule. - Skills: Could be separate but we already have skills in Requirements. Could add a Skills section but we prefer few sections. We'll not add Skills. - About the role: we have intro. Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like Work Authorization/Sponsorship, Additional Information (EEO, ADA, E-Verify, etc.). Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment: no or , just the sections. We'll output:
