Sr. Interoperability & Integration Solutions Advisor

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Interoperability & Integration Solutions Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role focuses on designing and implementing integration solutions that enable secure, seamless data exchange across healthcare systems. The advisor will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into interoperable technical solutions that support operational effectiveness and compliance. In addition to hands-on solution delivery, this person will help troubleshoot complex issues, guide less experienced team members, and contribute to strategic advisory work.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data integration solutions for seamless data exchange
• Create and deploy APIs to enhance system interoperability
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex data integration issues
• Ensure solutions comply with healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
• Mentor entry-level team members and foster knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and align solutions with their business goals
• Support overall position objectives with additional duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data integration or interoperability solutions within healthcare or IT
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, or Corepoint
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions preferred
• Certifications in relevant integration technologies or methodologies preferred

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
