As a Sr Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll bring strategy, creativity, and Heart to the communications that keep Southwest Airlines connected and moving forward. You’ll provide communication counsel and turn business priorities into clear, engaging messages for employees across the company. You’ll collaborate with teams and stakeholders to determine the right message, tone, and channel, then coordinate the details needed to bring communication plans to life. By shaping meaningful stories, ensuring consistency across channels, and considering the impact on different audiences, you’ll help strengthen engagement, reduce information overload, and keep employees informed and connected.
