About the role
The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead the technical implementation and onboarding of Cint's APIs for high-profile global clients, collaborating with internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows, troubleshoot performance issues, and advocate for customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and "white-glove" onboarding of Cint’s APIs for global partners.
- Collaborate directly with Cint’s internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows for complex partner integrations.
- Act as a "Log Detective," using tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch to monitor integration health, identify API bottlenecks, and drive data-backed optimizations.
- Review new customers' technical documentation to assess integration complexity, providing guidance and feature requests back to our product teams.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point between external engineering teams and our internal Sales/Customer Success units.
Qualifications
- Fluent, confident English (written and spoken) to manage high-profile global clients and align with EMEA/US teams daily.
- Deep, hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and integrating REST APIs (platform-to-platform).
- Direct B2B experience in a tech-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, L3 Support, or Integration Engineer) managing the full customer lifecycle.
- Knowledge of reading metrics and system logs to diagnose problems rather than guessing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
- Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or Go).
- Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure.
