About the role
The Senior Lead Integration Specialist will manage a complex portfolio of at least 10+ high-profile global client accounts, serving as the primary technical advisor and escalation point for these demanding clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and "white-glove" onboarding of Cint’s REST APIs for enterprise global partners simultaneously.
- Act as a technical "Log Detective," using observability tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch to monitor integration health, isolate API bottlenecks, and execute data-backed performance optimizations.
- Serve as the ultimate regional escalation point for demanding customer scenarios, managing high expectations and tight timelines under pressure.
- Provide framework guidance and priority management across a distributed team of 7 consultants spanning 3 time zones, holding a flexible trajectory toward formal team leadership and management.
- Review external partner documentation to assess architectural complexity, translating client business needs into product features or product bug escalations back to internal software engineering teams.
- Manage complex client lifecycles, project timelines, and cross-functional internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial business units.
- Ensure efficient transparency across engineering teams through mentorship and design of contingency workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing, troubleshooting, and stabilizing enterprise-level REST APIs (B2B SaaS lifecycle preferred).
- Exceptional workload management skills with a history of balancing technical execution with client management without drop-off.
- Experience or strong aptitude for mentoring junior consultants and designing contingency workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or Go).
- Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure.
