Sr Infrastructure Capacity Planner

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Define and execute supply planning strategies to optimize inventory and lead times
• Drive end-to-end capacity planning for hardware deployments aligning with performance and cost targets
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate commitments into infrastructure demand
• Engage vendors and OEM partners to align on hardware roadmaps and transitions
• Work with Procurement to establish risk-aware sourcing strategies for infrastructure
• Optimize deployment processes in collaboration with Infrastructure Operations and Data Center teams
• Develop and refine demand forecasting models linked to business growth and customer needs

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure capacity planning or related field
• Expertise in compute capacity planning at scale, including demand forecasting
• Experience in hyperscale or SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of compute and network hardware architecture
• Broad literacy in infrastructure components and their interactions
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Python, SQL, or advanced Excel
• Clear executive communication abilities, capable of presenting complex analyses

Pay

$161,600 – $242,400 annually
